About the position

This is an on-site position at our office in Toms River, NJ. We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer Social to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence of Skilled Nursing Facilities and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's online presence and drive growth through effective social media marketing. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving engagement. You will create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitoring social media trends, identifying best practices, and recognizing opportunities for growth will be key components of your responsibilities. You will manage all social media channels, which includes scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to assess performance. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities will inform your social media strategies. You will also utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment, and assist the team in creating compelling video content for social media platforms. Additionally, you will be involved in video editing, proofreading, and graphic design tasks as needed. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, advertising, and public relations is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of advertising principles and experience running paid social media campaigns is a plus
