About the position

The Graphic Designer at Flexsteel Industries, Inc. is responsible for leading the development of marketing materials and content that align with the company's visual brand identity. This role is crucial for executing design processes for various collateral materials, including print and digital media, and supports the overall marketing objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns the development of all print and digital media including collateral, POS, catalogs, advertising, presentations, instructions, packaging, websites, and emails.
• Utilizes creative thinking to produce new ideas and effective design solutions from concept to completion.
• Participates in brainstorming and conceptualizing meetings.
• Develops design concepts to meet objectives and design brief requirements.
• Partners with creative agencies where needed.
• Supports the development and execution of Marketing deliverables for Flexsteel's New Product Development Process for product launches, line expansions, and discontinuations.

Requirements

• Strong skills in multi-tasking, time management, organization, and communication.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
