Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with radio stations to create on-brand visuals that drive audience engagement across platforms.
  • Develop compelling B2C and B2B campaign creatives that resonate with advertisers' audiences.
  • Design graphics for web, social media, print, and promotional materials used by stations to promote events, contests, and programming.
  • Ensure brand consistency in every project, following design standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms to develop new design concepts and strategies.
  • Create original design concepts that align with marketing objectives and target audiences.
  • Develop storyboards for visual content, such as animated videos or social media campaigns.
  • Generate original and innovative design concepts.
  • Solve design challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in designs with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adapt to learn new software, techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing design trends.
