Responsibilities

• Design creative and innovative graphics for vehicle wraps, storefronts, and architectural projects.
• Collaborate with other designers and the production team to bring client concepts to life, ensuring the highest quality results.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced team members, with the goal of eventually leading and mentoring a team of 3 designers.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative problem-solving for client projects.
• Work towards increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the art department, learning how to manage workflow and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and a passion for branding.
• A willingness to learn and develop leadership skills, with a goal to grow into a lead designer role.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Enthusiasm for working on large-scale graphics, wraps, or signage (experience in these areas is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to support your team and clients.
