About the position

Responsibilities

• Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and advertising.
• Implement Internet and intranet graphics and banners.
• Develop presentation materials for training and management meetings.
• Enhance the company's brand image through design strategies.
• Recommend and manage hardware and software requirements for the department.
• Source and manage outside creative resources as needed.
• Provide color copy support for sales associates.
• Deliver designed materials to printers/vendors.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer across various media including digital.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills.
• Knowledge of printing and digital production methods.
• Understanding of creative/design principles.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
