About the position

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing team and brokers to create marketing materials that support Stream Houston's business units. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and work under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director to produce marketing deliverables.
• Suggest ways to streamline and create efficiencies in the production of deliverables including templated assets and vendor relations.
• Assess projects, identify missing pieces, and communicate necessary information to complete tasks quickly and clearly.
• Manage several projects simultaneously under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director and design team.
• Leverage marketing templates and update content, design, and imagery daily.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2 years as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on time.
