About the position

The Graphic Designer at Freeman is responsible for developing graphic brand campaigns and systems for live experiences, including events, environments, and exhibits. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to express the client's brand through two-dimensional design, while also managing multiple projects and ensuring timely completion of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop informed graphic design solutions for moderate-complexity projects under the direction of senior team members.
• Self-direct and work independently on low-complexity projects.
• Contribute to the graphic design quality and coherence to design intent while adhering to project schedules.
• Translate approved design concepts into press-ready files for layout teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Internally present concepts, manage revisions, and resubmit as needed in an iterative process.
• Efficiently manage workload to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, or a High School Diploma with relevant work experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• General knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Capacity to support a medium workload with high-quality output.
• Practical awareness to forecast future workload.
