About the position

The Graphic Designer at Earl Enterprises will be responsible for developing creative design solutions that align with the company's brand standards. This mid-level position focuses on both digital and print media, including designing email campaigns, landing pages, and various marketing assets. The role requires collaboration with the creative team to enhance existing campaigns and create new ones, while also managing project overflow and maintaining the integrity of design materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative materials for print formats including ads, collateral, menus, and signage.
• Create digital formats such as websites, email blasts, and social media content.
• Engage in brand identity and logo design.
• Plan and execute photography for print and electronic communications.
• Collaborate with the creative team to enhance existing campaigns and create new dynamic campaigns.
• Demonstrate knowledge of illustration and typography.
• Maintain and grow the in-house art library with relevant graphics and art.
• Support project overflow by creating brand-enhancing in-restaurant merchandising and collateral support.
• Ensure all materials are built and saved properly, and back up efficiently through internal systems.
• Stay updated on design trends and platforms, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably Workamajig.
• Strong conceptual skills and copywriting abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and digital animation.
• Experience in front-end development with HTML and CSS.
