About the position

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer SME to work in our Atlanta office. This individual will be responsible for print and online design of client program materials. Excellent time management, accuracy, self-motivation, and innovative thinking are essential. This individual will provide high quality creative products and programs while paying attention to detail to ensure materials are created and delivered to meet budget requirements, project deadlines and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minimum of 5+ years of design experience. They should possess advanced level experience in the full Adobe Creative Suite, along with advanced knowledge in corporate branding, customer relations, and design layout. A comprehensive understanding of digital media and print is crucial, as well as advanced skills in using the full suite of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D, After Effects, etc.). Experience with Cinema 4D and 3DS Max is also required, and familiarity with web development is a plus. The Graphic Designer will be expected to work with video product development, brochures, posters, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, slick sheets, and social media campaigns. Adherence to Army branding guidelines and directives is necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines is essential. The designer must effectively plan and execute strategy development, develop concepts and messaging, implement programs, and assess effectiveness. Collaboration with copywriters and other designers is key to delivering creative products that achieve results for our clients. Keeping current on new technologies and taking advantage of learning opportunities and training for oneself and the team is encouraged. The candidate should be passionate about their work, results-driven, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must produce well thought-out creative work and clean, correct mechanical files. This position requires a self-starter who is highly motivated, works well with a team, and adapts to dynamic environment changes. An excellent communicator, writer, strategic thinker, and planner with strong problem-solving skills is essential. Other duties may be required or assigned as necessary. Experience in creative design for DoD and/or Federal agencies is a plus.
