About the position

The Graphic Designer at Eagles' Wings will be responsible for creating inspirational and informative content to support the organization's mission. This role requires collaboration across departments to produce strategic and engaging print and digital materials, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design print and digital pieces that drive awareness, engagement, and/or education for various projects.
• Ensure attention-to-detail and consistency to support Eagles' Wings brand objectives and ensure continuity.
• Handle multiple projects of varying complexity and contribute to team efforts by meeting deadlines.
• Serve as a proactive and creative problem-solver who brings passion, enthusiasm, and innovation to the team and organization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio of completed projects in various mediums (print, digital, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge of current graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Ability to ask questions for clarity and understand creative/project briefs, production specifications, formats, and requirements for asset delivery.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality content under pressure of deadlines and quick turnaround times.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
