About the position

The Graphic Designer role at Trulieve is a pivotal position within a high-performing marketing team, aimed at supporting various departments including retail, marketing, sales, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing assets that are essential for promoting the company’s products and services. This includes developing corporate marketing materials such as marketing collateral, landing pages, email blasts, direct mail, ad layouts, special event invitations, and promotional merchandise. The role requires a blend of strong design skills, written communication abilities, and organizational prowess to manage multiple projects effectively. In addition to creating marketing materials, the Graphic Designer will support the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Manager in executing the organization’s social media strategy. This involves increasing brand awareness, cultivating relationships, and driving traffic to Trulieve’s digital platforms. The designer will also be tasked with image sourcing, retouching, and modifying existing collateral as needed, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging. The position demands creativity and innovation, as the designer will be expected to develop breakthrough concepts for various marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, event graphics, infographics, advertisements (both print and digital), web content, and signage. Collaboration is key, as the designer will work closely with design agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand usage across all platforms. The role also requires compliance with security policies and procedures, as well as assisting in the production of multiple assets for events, promotions, and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of corporate marketing and sales support materials (marketing collateral, landing pages, email blasts, direct mail, ad layouts, special event invitations, merch and swag, etc.)
  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Manager in planning and executing the organization's social media strategy, to increase brand awareness, cultivate relationships and drive traffic to the organization's digital platform
  • Perform image sourcing, retouching and modifications to existing collateral as needed
  • Develop breakthrough concepts and designs for marketing collateral, PowerPoint presentations, icons, event graphics/invitations, infographics, direct mail, advertisements (print and digital), web content, signage, and the unexpected
  • Work with design agencies, vendors, employees and partners to ensure brand is used correctly and consistently
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing team, client services, research and development and sales
  • Comply with all security policies/procedures
  • Assist with production of multiple assets needed for events, promotions, product launches, etc.

Requirements

  • Portfolio submission required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience working as a graphic or production graphic designer
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)
  • Illustration abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge/skill in Adobe After Effects is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with co-workers and upper management as needed
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative team-player
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment under intense deadlines
