About the position

Savage X Fenty is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a dynamic and forward-thinking fashion brand, we are dedicated to innovation and inclusivity, aiming to inspire confidence and individuality through our work. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging visual content for various digital and e-commerce campaigns, including site banners, landing pages, emails, and social media assets. This position will report directly to the Art Director and will involve collaboration with the Jr Art Director and a team of designers to execute creative concepts for promotional series, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives. In this role, the Graphic Designer will also provide design support for print projects such as mailers, booklets, and out-of-home (OOH) designs as needed. A key responsibility will be to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects. The designer will support cross-functional teams with their design needs, providing creative input and solutions as required. Timeliness is essential, and the designer will be expected to deliver all projects promptly while staying up-to-date with the latest design trends. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry or a related field. A strong online portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinking is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Workspace, and other relevant design software is required. Additionally, experience with project management software such as Asana, Wrike, or Jira is beneficial. The candidate should have a strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition, as well as a basic understanding of animation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are crucial for success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry or a related field.
  • Online portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Workspace, and other relevant design software.
  • Experience working with Project Management software (Asana, Wrike, Jira, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Basic understanding of animation.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print mediums.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
