We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at OCV, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across mobile apps, websites, digital platforms, and marketing materials. This includes both digital and print content, ensuring alignment with our brand and client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative designs that support marketing initiatives and enhance user experience. As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include designing high-quality visual content for mobile apps, websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. You will create and develop marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns, for both digital and print formats. Collaboration with developers and the marketing team will be essential to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. You will manage the creation of print materials, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to production specifications, and ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing and promotional materials. Additionally, you will create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital assets, translate client needs and company objectives into creative visual solutions, and revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients. Staying up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices will be crucial to keep our designs competitive and innovative. You will also assist in developing visual content for company presentations, proposals, and promotional materials, and participate in brainstorming and idea-generation sessions to contribute fresh concepts and perspectives.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our designs competitive and innovative.
  • Assist in developing visual content for company presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming and idea-generation sessions to contribute fresh concepts and perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in mobile app, web, digital, and print design.
  • Proven experience designing marketing materials for both digital and print, with a solid understanding of print production processes.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create visual content for campaigns, print collateral, and social media.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle is a plus.
