About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles and a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create compelling graphics that meet our marketing needs and enhance our brand identity. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality designs across multiple platforms, including web, print, and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
• Create logos and branding materials that reflect the company's identity and values.
• Utilize Figma and other design software to produce layouts, typesetting, and production designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience.
• Apply color theory effectively to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.
• Design web elements that enhance user experience while adhering to best practices in Web Design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Production and install.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes and installation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typesetting, color theory, and production design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be a team player.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details that contribute to high-quality designs.
