About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Pape-Dawson Engineers is responsible for creating and producing a variety of print and digital marketing materials to support the company's marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and requires a strong understanding of design principles and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphics for print and digital output such as ads, social media, e-mail, web, proposals/qualification packages, award submittals, and presentations.
• Design and develop content for print collateral including flyers, brochures, and large format tradeshow graphics.
• Design graphics to support corporate events and communication.
• Coordinate production of print collateral with external vendors with limited oversight.
• Develop infographics to visually communicate technical information for project proposals.
• Produce graphics for internal communication for employee events and email blasts.
• Assist with video and photography coordination as needed.
• Maintain organization of creative assets.

Requirements

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years graphic design experience.
• Highly skilled in core Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently with direction as well as with a team for collaboration with statewide marketing team.
• Ability to develop and maintain a high level of professional relationships with any level of employee within an organizational structure.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
