About the position

Bosley Inc. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their content marketing team. This role focuses on creating visually compelling materials for various platforms, including direct mail, social media, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and print design, with a passion for elevating brands and producing captivating work that drives audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning graphics, photos, and layouts for marketing materials, direct mail, print, digital assets, website content, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and translate them into impactful designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring strong brand recognition.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Produce social media-specific content, such as posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, and interactive graphics, to maximize audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Experience with animation and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, FCPX or After Effects is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their unique design requirements, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout techniques, and UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Ability to produce real-time, trend-driven content while maintaining quality.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, and Adobe Firefly to enhance design outcomes.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven image generation, text-to-image tools, and automated content curation.
