About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Moultrie Mobile is an entry to mid-level role that supports the senior design team in various creative tasks and projects. The designer will work on both print and digital design, contributing to the brand's vision across multiple mediums. This hybrid role requires regular in-office attendance and offers opportunities for skill development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet the brief.
  • Assist in the creation of visual assets, including digital banners, social media graphics, marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, posters), packaging, and website graphics, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for day-to-day execution of design tasks across multiple content pipelines, ensuring that all content is creatively inspiring, on strategy, and executed at the highest level of quality.
  • Help in preparing and finalizing files for print and digital use, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Adjust and version designs based on feedback from clients, team members, or senior designers, revising layouts, colors, typography, or imagery as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Responsible for high-quality, quick-turn creative in support of sales and branding opportunities.
  • Ensure all design work maintains the company's visual identity and is consistent across different platforms and mediums.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of digital assets in the DAM system using a well-established file structure.

Requirements

  • BA with a concentration in Design, Art, or Marketing.
  • 1+ years' experience with a creative agency or in-house creative department.
  • Highly organized with a strong bias for meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a production-focused role.
  • Articulate, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and contribute to creative and technical discussions around project work.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment while delivering high-quality work.
  • Effectively work and collaborate remotely in various time zones.
  • Experience working in an environment where discretion regarding sensitive or confidential information is required.
  • Experience working within collaborative teams of all sizes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, XD, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital design tools, such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in Asana and ability to communicate, develop projects, maintain workload, and meet deadlines.
