About the position

The Graphic Designer at Admiral Beverage is responsible for designing and producing marketing signs and promotional materials. This role involves operating computer and printing equipment to fulfill requests from management, ensuring efficient use of materials, and maintaining the necessary supplies and equipment for production.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing signs and promotional material as requested by management.
• Load paper and ink based on sign and type needed for each individual project.
• Efficiently use materials to minimize waste of equipment time and required materials.
• Seek approval with appropriate contact before initiating the printing phase.
• Order and maintain supplies needed to produce signs following established processes for purchase orders and accounts payables.
• Calculate and create invoices for billing and distribution of printed material and maintain the associated accounts receivable records.
• Package finished signs in protective wrapping suitable for transport to recipient.
• Address packages for transportation and distribute them accordingly.
• Maintain the sign equipment through appropriate use and performance of required routine maintenance.
• Arrange for needed repairs or inform the appropriate contact of maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
• Experience in operating printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in marketing or promotional material design.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes related to printing and signage.
