About the position

The Graphic Designer at Alphalete Athletics LLC is responsible for creating compelling digital visual content that engages and informs both potential and existing members of Alphaland. This full-time position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce graphics for various promotional needs, including packaging, displays, logos, and digital collateral. The role involves collaboration with the Marketing Manager and requires a strong understanding of current consumer trends and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics for promotional needs including packaging, displays, logos, and digital collateral.
• Create new design artwork and concepts to support Alphaland campaigns.
• Edit, retouch, and mock up product imagery.
• Develop digital marketing materials such as social media graphics, email marketing images, and digital ads.
• Prepare digital artwork files for production.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm new ideas for facility, product, and event campaigns.
• Assist with photography shoots and product styling.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in graphic design, preferably focused on business-to-consumer goods.
• At least three (3) years' experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Impeccable design skills and a keen eye for current consumer trends.
• High attention to detail with strong design skills including typography, composition, drawing/sketching, and digital design.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to work on call and respond to ad campaign emergencies when necessary.
• Previous experience in a clothing retail environment.
