About the position

Alex Global Products is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to join their team, focusing on creating innovative packaging designs for a variety of products including toys, crafts, and fashion items. The role requires a strong proficiency in design software and the ability to conceptualize and execute unique packaging solutions that align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute unique/trendy packaging for toys, crafts, science kits, and fashion products.
• Create tight art renderings in Illustrator.
• Utilize exceptional Photoshop skills for design tasks.
• Render packaging designs in 3D.
• Develop packaging concepts, graphics, and visual elements including sketches, prototypes, and comps.
• Produce factory-ready final art files for production.
• Collaborate directly with the Brand Director, Creative Team, Hong Kong Sourcing Team, and Sales.
• Follow client style guides and work independently.

Requirements

• Full-time graphic design experience, preferably in packaging.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Portfolio demonstrating proven experience in designing packaging (e.g., paper boxes, blister cards).
• Experience in comping packaging and product artwork.
• Toy design experience is a plus.
