About the position

The Graphic Designer at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will play a vital role in enhancing the brand's visual identity through creative design across various media. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce engaging digital and print materials that support the U.S. café business, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication of marketing messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly and attractive print and digital menus that effectively showcase products.
• Design eye-catching in-café promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and table tents.
• Create clear and effective indoor and outdoor café signage to guide guests and reinforce brand identity.
• Produce engaging digital assets for the website, mobile app, and online advertising campaigns.
• Design personalized and dynamic content for email campaigns to engage recipients and drive conversions.
• Create stunning visuals and graphics for social media platforms to increase online presence and brand awareness.
• Design event invitations and promotional materials for special occasions and café-related events.
• Design merchandise and promotional items that resonate with the brand.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail industry is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
