The Lead Graphic Designer will play a key role in turning high-level concepts into impactful designs while mentoring the team and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate creative goals into cohesive designs across all platforms.
• Take ownership of day-to-day creative leadership, guiding a team of talented designers.
• Act as the bridge between big-picture strategy and pixel-perfect execution.
• Design standout materials, including packaging, trade show displays, digital campaigns, and social media content.
• Bring fresh ideas while aligning with brand direction and business goals.
• Mentor the team and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design projects.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and build trust within the team.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with AI design tools like Stability AI or ComfyUI.
• Spanish language skills.
