This position at RRD is focused on the creative execution of concepts and designs for retail circular pages, direct mail, and collateral material. The role requires a strong ability to create visually compelling messages and to execute the creative strategy effectively. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on established schedule targets, which involves defining work based on the evaluation of both short-term and long-term departmental goals. The successful candidate will independently evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate these insights into overall work objectives. They will develop creative and graphic concepts for both web and print in collaboration with the assigned team, following projects through all stages of print production and/or online deployment. Additionally, the role includes providing production support to produce technically correct, print-ready mechanicals for release. Regular interaction with creative leadership, creative partners, and other team members is essential for the completion of assigned projects. The candidate will interpret marketing ideas and turn them into visual realities at a world-class level, receiving feedback from management to enhance their skills. The role also involves solving business challenges through marketing and smart creative design, taking ownership of projects, and executing them through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budget. Maintaining and enhancing the client's identity while working creatively within the corporate brand is crucial, as is understanding the client's design needs and methodology. Effective communication with peers, senior management, and clients across all topics from business to creative is a key aspect of this position.
