About the position

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to create visually compelling graphics for both print and digital platforms. The role involves collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams to develop graphics that align with brand guidelines and project goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design and possess a strong understanding of current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design graphics for marketing materials, digital ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, and other brand assets.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, target audience, and brand positioning to create effective visuals.
• Produce high-quality layouts, images, and assets for various media, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
• Revise and edit designs based on feedback to align with project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with design software, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software such as Figma, Stripo, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
