About the position

Moderno Porcelain Works is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to lead creative design and graphic production for both print and digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and maintaining brand guidelines, creating visually appealing content, and managing graphic projects to support business objectives while showcasing the company's products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content that enhances brand awareness and supports marketing strategies.
• Design content for brochures, infographics, digital media, print, signage, etc.
• Maintain digital assets for company logos, business cards, apparel, stationary, email/signature templates, etc.
• Manage workflow of graphic projects, including prioritization, project coordination, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to create and produce presentations.
• Stay up to date on industry and content trends to implement or generate design concepts.
• Accept and apply feedback to ensure marketing materials align with business goals.
• Maintain stock assets for marketing materials, website, and social media.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and ability.
• Experience with design software including InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Excellent creative skills with the ability to bring design concepts to life.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain content consistency and stock assets.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work well in a team and with other departments.
• Ability to seek, receive, and apply feedback.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Professional integrity and confidentiality of company information.
