About the position

The Graphic Designer at SD Wheel Corp is responsible for creating high-quality graphic content that enhances customer experience and drives website traffic. This role involves designing engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and web content, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The designer will also assist in developing new branding elements and contribute to the overall success of the brands represented.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, platform-specific graphic content that aligns with company branding to help meet monthly division goals.
  • Design lifestyle posts for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, as well as advertisement graphics for sponsored posts.
  • Develop email and web content based on UI/UX knowledge.
  • Write creative content descriptions that align with the call to action of graphic content using market and platform knowledge.
  • Stay updated with market trends to effectively communicate with customers through graphic content.
  • Take product photos that showcase the company lifestyle and promote brand awareness (optional).
  • Prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on time, occasionally under tight deadlines.
  • Assist in developing the skills of fellow graphic designers.
  • Track and report graphic metrics daily.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience through graphic design with minimal assistance.
  • Assist in the development and brainstorming of Enterprise brands and promotions.
  • Help develop new brand logos, colors, and tone.
  • Contribute to the creation of brand books, guidelines, and magazine cover posters.
  • Design emails to drive e-commerce revenue and coordinate digital assets for email campaigns.
  • Communicate design ideas effectively with the email team and leads.
  • Assist in the development and brainstorming of Enthusiast Enterprise Branding/Promotions with minimal assistance.
  • Engage in moderate level website/UX design, focusing on layout, typography, and critical thinking for web-based graphic projects.
  • Provide and drive new creative concepts while balancing brand consistency with innovation.
  • Create apparel or product concepts when needed and assist with in-house ordering and handout processes for employee orders.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience required.
  • 1+ year of marketing experience required.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to take product photos that showcase the company lifestyle is a plus.
  • Experience in project management is beneficial.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $56K - $71K per year.
  • Onsite work environment in Wrightstown, WI.
