We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Cloud Gate Realty, a professional and innovative real estate brokerage in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers, ensuring brand consistency across various marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for various marketing materials including social media posts, banners, and advertisements
• Collaborate with the Real Estate Agents and Management to develop creative solutions
• Create visual elements such as logos, video elements, and illustrations
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
• Incorporate feedback from the team to refine designs

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design projects
• Understanding of color management and its application in design projects
• Experience in motion graphics for dynamic visual content creation
• Skills in photo manipulation and digital art creation
• Knowledge of market trends to create relevant and engaging designs
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
