About the position

The Graphic Designer at Cella is a creative professional responsible for producing a variety of design projects, including advertisements, print collateral, and online materials, while adhering to brand guidelines. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work both in-office and remotely in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating Designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Designing layouts by selecting colors, images, and typefaces for print, web, or multimedia.
• Production of materials by interpreting feedback and making edits to existing designs.
• Presenting design concepts to clients and incorporating their feedback into final designs.
• Reviewing designs for errors before publishing or printing.
• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborating with communications teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Staying updated on industry trends and leveraging insights for creative innovation.
• Maintaining accurate electronic file management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in creative roles in B2B/B2C industries.
• Compelling portfolio showcasing visual design skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to and work in downtown Minneapolis 3 days a week.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong background in design production and page layout.
