About the position

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and developing various materials to support business development efforts, focusing on proposals, presentations, and both print and digital collateral. This role emphasizes the application of professional graphic design principles and the management of complex projects from inception to completion, while adhering to branding standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and edit materials including proposals, offering memorandums, graphics, flyers, maps, logos, floor plans, and presentation graphics.
• Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
• Manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Provide design advice and guidance to the deal team based on verbal and written input.
• Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns.
• Create designs that fit the preferences of the deal team and clients while adhering to JLL branding standards.
• Stay informed on design software and marketing trends, applying new concepts to the business.
• Take initiative to assist others when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design within branding standards.
• Well-developed verbal, listening, written, and creative design skills.
• Excellent time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
• Design-related certifications are a plus.
• Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) are a plus.
