Responsibilities

• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design efforts
• Conduct research and gather content for projects
• Update project schedules, attend meetings, communicate with clients, and schedule tasks
• Design brand collateral including editorial layout, illustrations, and photo manipulation
• Conceptualize new brand collateral within predefined brand systems
• Ideate with design team for brand identities, packaging, and advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
• Experience working as a designer within a professional environment
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Ability to articulate design decisions and their importance to the brand
• Demonstrate knowledge of graphic design, typography, current trends, and layout techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong attention to detail
