About the position

Franklin Street is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves producing creative collateral for various business lines while ensuring alignment with the company's brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly with the Adobe Creative Suite, and will work in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment. Responsibilities include managing creative projects, collaborating with team members, and delivering high-quality design work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Produce creative collateral for all business lines, ensuring brand alignment from concept to final product.
  • Design and manage the development of creative assets including digital and print materials.
  • Create customized marketing materials for client deliverables and presentations.
  • Design templated marketing materials for various business lines.
  • Create storyboards for videos and direct photo/video shoots as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Designer on exhibit booths and event collateral.
  • Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects.
  • Translate complex data sets into easily understandable graphic illustrations.
  • Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams.
  • Oversee printing and distribution of marketing materials and manage pre-press projects.
  • Interact professionally with clients and vendors to complete marketing-related tasks.
  • Work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar.
  • Minimum of 4 years design experience using the entire Adobe Creative Suite in a PC environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, and Constant Contact.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to design within branding standards and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, written, and creative design skills.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • HTML coding in design skills
  • Commercial Real Estate experience
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro
