About the position

The position involves designing and producing graphic art and visual materials for both print and digital media. The role requires creating and executing design solutions and collateral that are utilized for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication aimed at driving engagement, customer education, and organizational awareness regarding servers, accessibility, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
• Illustrates concepts and sets visual parameters including color scheme, style, typography, and overall brand perception.
• Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time, consistently following up on production activity using various communication methods (telephone, email, etc.).
• Collaborates on teams across the organization to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Manages creative design projects by assessing and prioritizing department needs, developing project timelines, executing design, and helping with distribution and implementation.
• Prepares and assembles images and illustrative material and copy, managing layout for publication.
• Develops creative concepts and builds graphic solutions for customers.
• Prepares/completes the creative concepts, graphic design, pre-press work, and technical specifications necessary to complete projects, producing/designing, proofing, and updating materials for projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of related experience with Social Media platforms.
• Associates Degree in marketing, graphic design, interior design or related field; experience in lieu of degree will be considered, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
