About the position

Bear Down Brands is seeking a growth-oriented Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role involves creating and managing design projects for their four brands, focusing on both digital and print initiatives. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and passionate about graphic design, with strong project management skills to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of digital and print design projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, and packaging updates.
• Collaborate with designers for all assigned projects.
• Support the print and digital production of tasks with an eye for detail and strong understanding of design throughout.
• Participate in weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions with other designers to help develop creative concepts.
• Utilize your use of color, layout, and typography to execute on various print initiatives as well as digital design projects.
• Review, retouch, composite, and enhance imagery captured at shoots and stock sites.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective design solutions.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking and critical thinking alongside proficient project management skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of direct experience with graphic design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design is a plus.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital and print projects.
• Experience working within brand guidelines for print and digital.
• Highly organized, with strong project & time management skills.
• Passion for design, print, and creative storytelling.
• Experience in photography and photoshoots is a plus.
