This position is focused on graphic design, encompassing both digital and print design/production of all marketing materials within the marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience. This includes designing and producing web and print ads, brochures, posters, postcards, newsletters, static and animated web and social media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, email communications, video displays, digital and static signs, and other branded pieces. The role requires a high level of creativity and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards. In addition to producing marketing materials, the designer will also be tasked with designing strategic internal company campaigns and announcements, utilizing both static and animated graphics for email, intranet, or website exposure. Collaboration is key in this role, as the designer will work closely with the creative team and outside vendors, providing leadership and mentorship while supporting the strategic objectives of the company and its various lines of business. The designer is expected to stay current with graphic industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into their work and sharing knowledge with others. The position also involves preparing project cost estimates, fostering efficiencies and cost-savings, and leveraging relationships with printers, media representatives, promotional materials suppliers, and other vendors. The designer will negotiate annual contracts and manage quotes to ensure the best outcomes for the company. Adherence to company policies and compliance procedures is essential, as is participation in required compliance training.
