About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of graphic design within a new IT startup. This position involves creating and developing multimedia content that aligns with project requirements, while also collaborating with internal teams and clients to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing multimedia content in line with project requirements.
• Creating graphics and multimedia content for product illustrations, logos, websites, videos, and animations.
• Setting up and implementing production processes and technical standards for graphics and digital learning content.
• Collaborating with internal teams to generate ideas for pitches, proposals, and projects.
• Meeting with internal and/or external clients to discuss business objectives and project requirements.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients.
• Estimating the time required to complete work.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Sourcing imagery for campaigns and concepts.
• Maintaining the company image library.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital learning content design.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Knowledge of web design principles.
