About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and print collateral.
• Execute photo manipulation and retouching to enhance visual content.
• Create logos and branding elements that effectively communicate the company's message.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audience.
• Implement color management techniques to ensure consistency across all media.
• Utilize Figma for prototyping and layout design, ensuring user-friendly interfaces.
• Design layouts for various projects, including brochures, flyers, and signage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web design.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
• Experience with WordPress for web design projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design is required for consideration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is advantageous but not required.
• Graphic design experience of 2 years (Preferred).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for 1 year (Preferred).
