The Graphic Designer position at the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is a vital role that focuses on delivering exceptional visual communication and branding for various business entities. The designer will work closely with the graphic design team to create and maintain branding concepts that align with the organization's mission statement and service promise. This role requires a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service to both guests and team members, ensuring that every interaction reflects the organization's dedication to excellence. In this position, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating multiple visual proofs for initial concepts, designing logos, brochures, menus, digital graphics, and all on-property collateral. The designer will also develop graphics for various marketing programs, including TV, print, outdoor, and direct mail. Collaboration with internal teams to support creative needs is essential, as is providing direction to outside production partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet expectations. The role demands a current working knowledge of all graphics software options and capabilities, as well as an understanding of digital advertising trends and techniques. Compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS) is mandatory. The Graphic Designer will also be expected to present a positive image of the Tribal organization to guests and vendors, assisting them as required. Safety policies and procedures must be followed, and attendance at scheduled safety meetings and training is a condition of employment. The designer may also be assigned additional duties as needed.
