About the position

As a Graphic Designer at Postema Consulting, you will be responsible for creating a diverse array of visual content that supports the company's marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure that all designs are consistent with the company's visual identity and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual content for a range of media, including websites, social media, emails, and print materials.
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand presence and user experience.
• Ensure consistency in the look and feel of all designs while adhering to the company's brand guidelines.
• Edit and optimize existing graphic materials for various platforms and formats.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on tight deadlines.
• Prepare and provide print-ready files for production and collaborate with external vendors when necessary.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and/or website development/management.
