About the position

The Graphic Designer at Curran Young Construction will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective branded content that supports the company's marketing initiatives. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team to develop various materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while effectively communicating key messages to the target audience. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branded content, including presentations, collateral materials, and promotional materials.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, etc.) to design high-quality graphics and visual elements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and materials to support various initiatives and achieve marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, deadlines, and objectives.
• Maintain an organized file management system to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to project assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
