About the position

The Stow Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to enhance brand messaging through effective visual communication. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to create impactful designs across various channels, including web, digital advertising, print, and packaging. The designer will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, managing multiple projects, and contributing to marketing programs and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cohesive marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and display to drive revenue for EasyClosets.
  • Contribute to the national brand and content strategy for Inspired Closets and support local marketing assets for 50+ Inspired Closets Dealers.
  • Serve as an in-house expert on visual assets, ensuring they evoke the desired emotional response from target audiences.
  • Capture visual assets to support annual advertising and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope and lead project-based design work.
  • Contribute to visual communications for product launches across various channels.
  • Design deliverables for Market Launch Plans to commercialize new products.
  • Assist in photoshoots by identifying shot lists and style guides.
  • Manage requests with external creative partners for digital renderings and photo edits.
  • Concept and design web pages and digital experiences, ensuring alignment with UI and UX best practices.
  • Drive the creative development of branded materials across print and digital platforms.
  • Serve as a brand guardian, upholding brand standards across all channels.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for creative briefs and final artwork files.
  • Stay updated with the latest software and technologies to enhance creative production.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to refine deliverables and manage external creative resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or consumer-facing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Expertise in image editing, color correction, and manipulation in Photoshop.
  • Experience with digital marketing mediums, including email marketing and digital advertising.
  • Experience in print marketing, including layout and packaging design.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Familiarity with photo and video production is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a consumer-facing marketing environment is highly desired.
  • UI/UX design experience and familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Proficient in MAC environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with photo and video production is a strong plus.
