About the position

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create and revise designs for trending products, working under the guidance of the Graphic Design Manager. The role involves following specific instructions to modify existing artwork, preparing design blueprints for licensors and vendors, and organizing images for presentations to the Sales Team. The designer will work with renowned licenses such as Marvel, Disney, and Studio Ghibli, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Revising artwork based on licensor/customer feedback.
• Blueprinting a design into a workable file for licensor approval/vendor use.
• Gathering and organizing images into a catalog for Sales Team use.
• Assisting in design ideas for customer presentations.
• Creating detailed instructions to help vendors ensure quality products.
• Designing high-level compositions that convey knowledge of various licenses.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills (Mac OS) including proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internal software systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Associates degree considered with relevant experience).
• A portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of graphics materials.
• Ability to receive feedback and accept creative direction.
