About the position

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various media, including digital and print. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles. The designer will work closely with the marketing team to fulfill creative requests and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a list of creative requests and transform them into final deliverables.
• Edit and retouch photography.
• Own and manage the HubSpot suite for email blasts.
• Manage social media content using Later or Meta Social Media Management.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Ability to maintain a personal schedule and project management board.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the firearms industry.
• Social media management experience.
