About the position

As a Graphic Designer at Fashion Nova, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling graphics that resonate with our target audience and reflect the latest trends in fashion. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts that enhance our promotional materials, social media presence, and website design. Your work will not only involve designing but also conceptualizing and executing innovative ideas that align with our brand's vision and goals. In this position, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into your designs. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to, digital advertisements, lookbooks, email campaigns, and social media graphics. Your ability to think creatively and work efficiently under tight deadlines will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality. Additionally, you will have the chance to present your ideas to stakeholders and receive feedback to refine your designs. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity and innovation, and your contributions will directly impact the success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand goals.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the fashion industry or with fashion-related projects.
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing software.
