About the position

The Graphic Designer at Real Life Christian Church will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Real Life brand through the creation of high-quality graphic content for various media. This role involves producing graphics for print, video, and web, while also supporting the social media team and participating in creative strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of a consistent brand across all print and screen media for the church.
• Produce graphic pieces for print, video, and web according to the needs of the lead team and ministry.
• Manage connections, re-sizes, and re-orders of existing and new print materials.
• Collect orders and request payment for all print projects.
• Create shareable graphics to support the social media team.
• Assist with other small content projects based on skills and needs.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and training sessions.
• Contribute to the overarching creative and communications strategy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; secondary education desired.
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience in graphic design aspects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Short-term and long-range planning skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in software including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Drive, and WordPress CMS.
• Operating knowledge of printers.
