About the position

The Center for Performance Mastery is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join their team, either on a full-time or part-time basis. This role focuses on transforming complex educational concepts into engaging visual materials that enhance learning experiences. The designer will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create visually appealing educational content, ensuring a consistent visual brand across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging educational materials that simplify complex subjects.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to visualize their ideas.
• Create course presentations, infographics, and user-friendly interfaces for digital learning platforms.
• Maintain a consistent visual brand across multiple courses.
• Adapt designs to be accessible on various devices.

Requirements

• Experience supporting university curriculum development.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Experience in instructional design or educational content development is ideal.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Background in creating responsive designs for multiple devices.
• Understanding of cognitive load theory and its application to visual design.
