The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for designing and creating assets for various mediums and platforms, including social media, websites, emails, newsletters, blogs, packaging, and other printed collateral. This role requires a creative individual who can illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, and create original graphic designs that align with the brand's personality and strategy. The designer will assist the Management and Sales Team with special projects and tasks, prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, and communicate constructive critiques effectively. In addition to creating visual content, the Graphic Designer will assist with layouts for product literature and web assets, manage time while working on multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to building brand awareness through creative collateral pieces. The designer will also be involved in preparing graphics for trade shows, ensuring that product information is current and up-to-date, and following the desired company style guides. Generating written procedures for routine functions related to the position is also part of the job. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with team members and fellow employees is essential, as is a commitment to advancing design skills and knowledge of industry trends, software, and technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong graphic design portfolio, excellent graphic design and layout skills, and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively. Reliability, focus, and attention to detail are critical, along with visual and conceptual problem-solving skills. The designer must be able to prioritize, schedule, and ensure the completion and accuracy of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
