About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Pharmaceutical Specialties, Inc. is responsible for creating and implementing visual materials that align with the company's marketing goals. This role involves designing graphics for both print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic art and visual materials for both print and digital media.
• Ensure layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards, following best practices.
• Establish visuals that communicate to target audiences and effectively market products across different channels.
• Create and execute design solutions and collateral for marketing, advertising, sales, and other communications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders from conceptualization to project delivery.
• Support social media and online platforms by creating and selecting images and designs.
• Work with leadership to develop creative direction for advertising and communication objectives.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in design, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with graphic design.
• Proven experience developing visuals for marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient/Expert with Microsoft Office and Adobe suite.
• Knowledge of color, composition, and typography.
