About the position

The Graphic Designer at Solis Health Plans is responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics that represent the company's visual identity across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal departments to develop materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and producing high-quality designs for both digital and print media. The position requires a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of design software, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing the member experience through effective visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal departments to conceptualize and develop materials.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other creative designs.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Keep a repository of all materials.
• Work with the advertising agency for versioning of creative.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work with the printer on final proofs.

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
