About the position

Mint Mobile is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa, CA. This hybrid role involves creating impactful designs for both digital and print media, collaborating with various team members, and taking ownership of projects from conception to completion. The designer will be responsible for delivering strategic and creative solutions that align with the brand's goals while staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling digital and print assets across the portfolio of brands.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, including brainstorming and creative exploration.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Project Managers, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Creative Directors.
• Design high-impact emails, banner ads, social assets, print pieces, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, visual design trends, and competitive products.
• Present work and concepts to the team and key stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio with examples and case studies of visually compelling design.
• Proven expertise in graphic design, including concept creation, color, layout, typeface, and production.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in email design utilizing email interfaces within Braze and Klavio is preferred.
• Experience with UX/UI, Figma, and FigJam is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google software such as Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and provide a clear point of view.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
