About the position

The Graphic Designer at Green Fox Companies will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the company's brand message and engage target audiences. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute design solutions across various platforms and mediums, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Create all graphics for various platforms and mediums including blogs, emails, webpages, newsletters, promotional material, and clothing designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Seek new strategies to increase organizational awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute advertising and marketing concepts, including digital ads, website, print materials, posters, logos, brochures, and more.
  • Assist with sales and client needs, sometimes with short deadlines.
  • Manage Company Brand Style Guide.
  • Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Create material by hand or use technology and creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts, and designs for all campaigns.
  • Perform minor website updates and maintenance.
  • Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs for review and revisions.
  • Maintain a portfolio of work and a company archive.
  • Develop flyers, brochures, web graphics, presentations, and other visually appealing designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve results.
  • Analyze platforms and performance and identify changes in the market to improve content.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in graphic design.
  • 3-5 years of marketing and design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Premier.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to create designs for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries in multi-platform capacities for various campaigns.
  • Experience in creating a wide range of digital assets, such as social media creative, email templates, and print collateral.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
